The mission of Perpetual Healing and Deliverance Ministries, Inc. (PhDM) is to proclaim and demonstrate the perpetual healing and deliverance nature of God through outreach, restoration, and Spirit-led ministry—while equipping believers to rightly understand and live out the Word of God in their homes, communities, and throughout the world.
